UNIQUE SELLING POSITION (what makes my online shop different from others)
- It's an e-tailing shop where you can find styles that defy beauty trends.
- It's also an online FASHION CONSULTANT. I post items about HOW TO WEAR certain styles of clothing. I also post the latest and upcoming trends.
AVAILABILITY OF STOCKS
- AN ITEM IS STILL AVAILABLE if it is NOT LABELED AS SOLD OUT.
- However, albums are not updated everyday so I prefer if you inquire about the availability of an item via TEXT .
- Note: once a certain style is sold out, it will not be included in my next collection anymore.
ITEM DETAILS
- The price, available sizes, and material of each style are in the album description.
RESERVATIONS
- Reservation means THE ITEM IS AS GOOD AS SOLD.
- Reservation is good for THREE (3) DAYS only (starting from the day you submitted an order form).
- NO ORDER FORM, NO RESERVATION.
- The details of your reservation will be posted at the calendar section (note: can be viewed by my CONTACTS only). It will include the item/s you ordered and the deadline of your payment.
HOW TO ORDER
- Inquire via email regarding the availability of items.
- If you are 100% sure that you will order, SUBMIT AN ORDER FORM.
- Please text me RIGHT AFTER you submit an order form so I can reserve the item for you already.
MODES OF PAYMENT
- G-CASH
- add P10 if your bill is less than P1000 or add 1% of your total bill if it’s more than P1000.
- BPI Deposit
- Payment should be deposited not later than 12 noon.
- Please text me about the branch location and the amount you deposited after you pay.
- NO COD'S/MEET-UPS.
SHIPPING
- Shipping fee WILL BE SHOULDERED BY THE BUYER.
- Shipping will be on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
- Schedule for shipping will be posted at the calendar section AFTER complete payment is received.
- The courier is AIR21. Shipping fee depends on the weight of the item/s, the location of the recipient, fuel surcharge, and VAT.
TRANSIT TIME
- Shipping takes 2 days. Your package will arrive approximately after 24 hours from the time I have it shipped (ex. If I ship it on June 1 at 2 pm, you will receive it on June 2 at 2 pm).
TRACKING
- The buyer is responsible for tracking the package. Call (02)8542100 or log on to www.air21.com.ph to locate your package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- As of the moment, deliveries to other countries are not yet available since I'm just new in the business and I haven't opened an account for international shipping.
SUPPLIERS
- I get my items from Hong-Kong, Thailand, Korea, and USA.
WHOLESALE & RESELLING
- I do not do wholesale nor do I allow reselling of my items.
VIP DISCOUNTS
- I give 5% discount for each item if the total purchase reaches P700 and above. Discount will be applicable for one year from the date you become a VIP.
WAIT-LISTED
- When you post in the waiting list album, it means I will TRY to get a stock for an item you requested that has already been sold out. It also means that you have to order the item once I am able to get your request. However, the availability of the stock DEPENDS ON MY SUPPLIER so it's not 100% guaranteed that I will be able to get the item you requested.
CONDITION OF ITEMS
- Rest assured that ALL ITEMS are BRAND-NEW and are in very good condition.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- STRICTLY NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE (Republic Act 7394, Consumer Act of the Philippines).
- All items are critically checked for damages before delivery. Hence, I make sure that they are in good condition before I ship them.
